If you’ve been following either of my blogs or my facebook, you know that my book Lost! A Caribbean Sea Adventure, a picture book, dropped internationally on November 30th 2017.
Linking this one to the Caffeinated Reviewer’s Sunday Post because I’m hoping you’ll help me boost this one; so much of a book’s success is about its finding an audience. If you do pass this on (as I hope you will), thanks in advance.
These are just some of the Lost! announcement posts:
I’ve now had my first Lost! live promotional event – a book signing at the Best of Books Bookstore (which, as seen in previous galleries, also hosted launch events for The Boy from Willow Bend, Dancing Nude in the Moonlight, Oh Gad!, Musical Youth, and With Grace). Now this:
That’s me, December 21st 2017, signing copies of Lost! – as well as two earlier books Musical Youth and With Grace – the teen/young adult and children’s picture book portion of my catalogue.
Thanks to all who came out, including another author with her own new release, Floree Williams Whyte, currently rolling out The Wonderful World of Yohan and the independent imprint she started to launch it (an imprint which, if successful by the way, could become home to other books by Antiguan and Barbudan authors). A bold stride on both counts; congrats, Floree.
I’ve got to shout out everyone who made purchases and I sincerely hope this becomes a childhood favourite for many years to come. It’s not always easy (this year has been very challenging) but still grateful for the journey and joyful moments like these.
