Take Time for Paradise by A. Bartlett Giamatti
This is a gift from a few year’s back; a sort of congratulations on the publication of my book. Not really my speed though – baseball analogies just fly past me. The best part about reading this book, apart from finally finishing it, was the day I sat with my niece watching softball cricket while she practised her reading and vocab by reading sections to me at Rising Sun cricket grounds. Turned into pretty good ‘free’ quality time; which I suppose is one of the points of the book.
